Employee is the king, not the slave!!

 

Gone are the times, When employees were treated as slaves! Gone are the times, When employees were treated as trays, On which you placed your egos, And burnt our self respect as the ones on ash trays! Gone are the days, When employees were just a thing, Now is the time when employee is the king! It's what we do, you get, Not what you deserve ....ohh forget!! Gone are the times when employees used to beg for the job, Now is the time when employees actually COMMAND the job! You don't sympathize with us by paying a hefty amounts, Rather we are the gold diggers who win you the unmatched crowns! You hire us because you depend on us, Do not dream to rule us! It's a business of give and take, Do not make it a slaughter of human's conscious for God sake!! Do not let the man hate himself, Rather motivate him to add business to your shelf! Let employment be an enjoyable experience, Not an act of unlawful abhorrence! Let the employee feel like a human, Not an animal who is tied to the rope for execution!   ReplyForward
